At Bags By Emma, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
During periods of high demand, holidays, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may extend up to 10 business days.
Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to make changes to the order, including shipping address changes.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
This is normal and may occur due to products shipping from different fulfillment locations.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Please allow several business days for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Bags By Emma has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier to file a claim.
While we will do our best to assist, Bags By Emma cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
