Standard Refund & Return Policy

Customers who do NOT purchase the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee are eligible for a refund, replacement, or return only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item arrives defective

  • The wrong item was received

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Customers who purchase our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee are eligible to request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, even if they are simply not satisfied with their purchase.

To qualify:

  • The item must be returned in reasonable condition

  • The item must not show excessive damage caused by misuse

  • Proof of purchase is required

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Bags By Emma is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns may be denied if:

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we may provide store credit at our discretion once the returned item has been received and approved.
